Initiate Your Request
Log into your Dynamat account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
